Symptom
Failed to validate media" error during CD burn on SCSI tower then CD/DVD software hangs. See the Long Description for detailed issue description. Problem is seen when customer tries to burn the second CD. The first cd the customer burns exams on seens to work fine but actually has not completed. When customer attempts to burn the next CD system comes with message "Failed to validate Media". Software needs to be rebooted for images to be burned to the next cd.
