Symptom
Missing patient lists on both right and left monitors after restoring IUI database The IUI database was restored because only the thumb nail images were being displayed. Now after the IUI database restore patient lists on both left and right monitor is missing.
Def8000, XRd2X Several sites experienced a problem where after an acquisition, only the thumbnail images are displayed; full size images will not display. X-ray Engineering is aware of this problem and has determined the root cause to be one of the Annotation Property files becoming empty or corrupt.
