Symptom
System will not boot to applications with HINV Error. HINV Error with NPR Error during boot-up. It can be any of the hardware shown in the screen shot.
Error message
HINV error: recon pc error. See Long Description for detail error. HINV error: recon pc error. System can not pass power on test when booting application with message of : “RE host error”, which indicated that no route to host.
