Symptom
Old exam not in database keeps showing up when trying to edit patient data for another current exam. See Long Description. Old exam not in database keeps showing up when trying to edit patient data for any current exams Exam 1886 would also want to be edited when choosing any exam. All queues recon,archive, filming, network, and auto film are empty. Exam 1886 was not in /usr/g/data_management or under Retro Recon.

NOTE: The Xtream Serial-Over-Lan Service Software is not used during the LFC unless instructed via a pop-up message box "SOL Service - ...run the Serial Over LAN Service CD...". This CD is loaded directly into the DARC Node. Then press the reset (or cycle power) at the front panel of the DARC Node as required. This CD will auto-eject when the SOL load process is complete. NOTE: The Xtream Serial-Over-Lan CD is not used for All-In-One Console.
