Symptom
Customer reports reduced number of 512 images available with all exams removed from the hard disk with NO Errors See LD for details Customer reports a reduced number of 512 images available on their system with all exams removed from the hard drive. The customer usually knows the approximate number for their system and this is located on the right monitor just beneath the date and time. The maximum number of 512 image spaces available is dependant on the CT model type and the size of the OC disk drives. These drives will vary from 9 GB to 73 GB.
