Symptom

Infinia Un-mapped studies queried from the Modality Worklist (MWL) are listed as [UNDEFINED] in the To Do List Infinia Un-mapped studies queried from the Modality Worklist (MWL) are listed as [UNDEFINED] in the To Do List. When an unmapped study is acquired (via the [Acquire Study] button or by double clicking on the study), the Select Study Protocol dialog appears. The following issues might be encountered: Even if the user clicks [Edit Protocol] and selects a protocol from the Protocol name drop-down list, the Select Study Protocol dialog still appears when the study is acquired. Selecting a protocol from the [Favorite] folder for an UNDEFINED study results in an error message:“Failed to open protocol (ERROR_PROTOCOL_ACTION_FAILED, 10401, ERROR)”. The study will not be acquired. Affected systems: Infinia II windows XP M4 version: (2.104.119.*) Reference SN43772
