Can't perform Scout Scan Please go to the error concept and check all that apply The customer may see Scanner Hardware Stopped Scan message in the operator console area 1 Use the following script and search the message log at time of Scout failure to get the correct errors. [insite@erct ~]$ /usr/g/insite/bin/viewlog 2 Type those errors in the psdb search box separate by spaces 3 Go to the error concept and check the appropriate errors
