Symptom
INFINIA II Body Contour crossbar will not open Infinia II Body Contour Crossbar will not open. During collimator exchange procedure, the cart is docked and the docking pin is engaged by the cart. HCIC #1 received the signal that the cart is in place and in turn will relay that confirmation to HCIC #2.
