Symptom

McKesson PACS DICOM Modality Worklist request acquisitions, network data transfer from GenieAcq intermittently fails McKesson PACS Dicom Modality Worklist request acquisitions, network data transfer from GenieAcq to remote DICOM host (i.e., Genie P&R, eNTEGRA, Xeleris, etc.) intermittently fails. The patient demographic data for the problem studies that fail to transfer is supplied via DICOM modality worklist query from a McKesson PACS. The only way to get the images contained in the problem study to transfer is to copy them from the problem study to another study and manually send.
