A good rotor will coast for several minutes without power. NOTE TO FES AND DCOS TEAM: IF SELLING TO AN END USER AND NOT INSTALLED BY A GE FE, AN END USER CERTIFICATION LETTER MUST BE SIGNED BY THE CUSTOMER.
