Symptom
Insite check out screen asks for Gateway IP address. This can be misleading. On teh InSite Interactive Platform Configuration under device Connections tab. It asks for the Gateway to GE Onine Center Ip address. This actually is the IP address of the P500 system assigned by the Customer.
