Additional information in customer documentation advises “ Tube Warm-Up takes 72 seconds to complete. Failure to perform Tube Warm-Up when requested may cause serious equipment damage and decrease tube life. ” Failure to perform the warm-up would be classified as a “violation of GE Healthcare’s recommendations or instructions on use” and is disclaimed in the Tube Warranty. (See “Limitations” section excerpted from the Tubes Warranty document and printed below.
