Symptom
Get pop up error message Cannot Send The Boot Command to DARC, when attempting to load DARC OS software Get pop up error message Cannot Send The Boot Command to DARC , when attempting to load DARC OS software. FE was attemtping to perform a LFC on system. FE had completed the OS and applications software loads on the HP host computer and was at the point where he was attempting to load OS software onto the DARC module. FE said he had inserted the cdrom into the DARC module and typed in the script ./start_darcOS to start the DARC OS software load. The system initially responded with a message saying: The OS load on the DARC Node is started. This takes about 9-11 minutes. However, after about one minute the following error message box popped up on the screen and the DARC OS load stopped: FE attempted to reboot and cycle console power; popped out and re-inserted the cdrom disk in the DARC module cdrom drive but same problem occurred. FE then tried another LFC from beginning by reloading the HP host computer OS and applications software again but still had same problem when attempting to load the OS on the DARC module.
