Symptom
Band Artifact on phantom axial images, No errors in error log. See Long Description for more information and Images Band Artifact on phantom axial images, No errors in error log. Tube replaced, completed system alignments, and system calibration, after which, when scanning small fov slices, images come up with artifacts on them
