Infinia Collimator Exchange did not receive command "Go"and "OK" to close cross bar after loading new collimator.

Symptom

Infinia Collimator Exchange did not receive command "Go"and "OK" to close cross bar after loading new collimator. Infinia Collimator Exchange did not receive command "go"and "OK" to close cross bar after loading new collimator. After a collimator exchange the gantry was resetting and hung on radial motion. No errors were generated and the system would not move. Noticed that the collimators had difted forward, prior to closing the crossbars, when they were loaded. Pushing the collimators in toward the gantry while loading a relay click was heard. Motions were restored and the system worked normally after a greset.
