Potential cause: 1. Tube stator winding problem 2. Incorrect wiring (one wire open) 3. Phase shift capacitors inverted or wrong value or not connected 4. Rotation board Recommended action/ Troubleshooting guide: Disconnect rotation-to-tube-stator cable and check stator windings impedance. If not OK, replace tube. Check wiring from rotation board to tube.
