Scanner Hardware Stopped Scan HEMRC Errors See Long Description for more information. Scanner Hardware Stopped Scan message appears during Helical Scanning with the following Errors: 185553 (The HEMRC drive has detected a Line Loss - Alarm status: 20H. This occurs when the input power to the drive falls below 85% of the nominal Bus voltage) Possible causes: X-Ray tube stator , HEM-IT, HEMRC power supply 183318 (The HEMRC output current is out of 45.0 percent WARNING tolerance), Monitored state = 2 (2=Run state) Expected current = 2.748 A Actual current = 4.097 A. 183319 (The HEMRC output current is out of 55.0 percent MAXIMUM tolerance), Monitored state = 2 (2=Run state) Expected current = 2.748 A Actual current = 4.653 A. 183316 (The HEMRC failed to reach the Run speed in the allotted time), and 185548 (The HEMRC operating frequency is below the minimum value) Actual frequency: 106.973 Minimum frequency limit: 130.000 At Frequency signal: Inactive Expected: Inactive Rotor State = Transition

If you hear an arcing sound most likely bad tank. Rotate Gantry so tank is upside down and take exposure. Listen for arcing. Turn off lights in room and check for a flash from the tank. Remove tank, set on floor on top of the lifting bracket. Make room quiet. Rock tank front to back and side to side, listen carefully. Any sounds, indicates a failure.
