Symptom
When raising or lowering table, there is a intermittent loud noise coming from table with NO errors. See Long Description for more details. When raising or lowering table, there is a loud noise coming from table with NO errors When raising the table there was an intermittent (loud) noise coming from the table. The frequency was about 1 time a week. Over a period of 1 month this noise increase in frequency, to the point of it happening every few patients. Attachment is the sound the table was making. First lowering the table (normal sound), and then raising the table (abnormal sound).
