9.00 Application Software used on HiSpeed NX/i Series See Long Description for details YMS–Service Note 151 CT HiSpeed NX/i Series V/R 9 Release Note APPLIES TO : CT HiSpeed NX/i Series with system software version from V7.05 or lower. PURPOSE : New version of HiSpeed NX/i Series has been released with new software called V/R9 to resolve some software bugs. This Service Note has the following purposes: To inform the service personnel (FE, ACE, RSE/ZSE and TOM), of new features, some limitations and errata and bugs which are fixed in V/R9 software. To enable the service personnel (FE, ACE, RSE/ZSE and TOM), to avoid the unnecessary visits to the site to replace components when the trouble is in fact just a bug, and to save thus the labor and money. PART NUMBER INFORMATION : V/R 9 Application CD–ROM: 5125860 V/R 9 Class M CD–ROM: 2293895, that is common with V5.5/V7.0. BUG FIX : FOR V/R 9 A MR genesis image cannot be gotten from PathSpeed system or AW3.1. (PQR#13022638) When loading a Oblique protocol on Reformat Batch menu and executing [Apply], sometimes Reformat freezes. (PQR#13029610) The latest some rawdata are not displayed on ScanAnalysis, when rawdata exists about 3000. (PQR#13046339) When customer enter WW/WL for recon2 on Film tab, the WW/WL are not set in image header. (CSO# 408125) After using plural PMR (take Scout + plural PMR + Scout), AutomA cannot be set on next axial series. When CT chooses Explicit transfer syntax by association negotiation, following VR is generated as CS. Performed Procedure Step ID(0040, 0253). This VR is changed into SH in 1999 and afterwards. SmartView ScreenSave image had a DICOM violation tag of (0040, 0245). It should be VR DT format, but it is set a strange string. ACS server displays an error when for this image. An user can enter 1000000 for Machine #. Referenced Standalone SOP Instance Sequence tag (0040,0220) is not sent although this tag is Type2. When Patient ID or Accession Number is entered and reused with others, then takes scan, previous entered Patient Data are replaced with scanned Patient Data. When changing a thickness from 10/1i to asymmetric(10:1) with automA mode ON, mA table is changed but mA row column value is not updated. Offline scan hangs up when enter ”0” into From and To box on Helical scan. When compressed gesyslog file is created by swHealthPage, it does not take a clipped old gesyslog. All scan data have a invalid week–day ”Sun” on scan analysis. Breathe Time can be set less than a minimum Inter Scan Delay time. When changing scan mode from Rotate to Stationary or from Stationary to Rotate, scan time is changed to ”1.0sec” automatically but actually it still remains ”Sequential(All)”. In Japanese lang environment and having a special annotation setting, image annotation disappear after launching installOptions. Image Profile crashes by click Erase button or change WW/WL before load image. RawMgr crashes when restoring rawdata and the same rawdata is being deleted at the same time. When sorting patients on SchedulePatient, patients worklist is sorted but the selected patient is wrong with displayed one. Display/Review layout was not saved by savestate and not restored during installation. Customer can enter ”0987654321” value for Patient Age on Patient Information display. PatientSchedule crashes when entering many 0 in text field next to ”Delete Completed Exam After:”, ”Day Before Today” and ”Day After Today”. When taking only baseline or monitoring scans and then press [EndExam], exam number is not increased if CTRDi is turned ON. When GraphicRetro is used in retroRecon, there is possibility that retroRecon crashes. A series w/ AutomA cannot be confirmed after SmartView series. FilmSet1:off Filmset2:on on group#4 cannot be set although previous group has Filmset1:on. A customer can switch a desktop to ImageWorks or Display during SmartRecon, when executing ”Repeat Last Group” and ”One More Scan” after SmartRecon scan. SmartPrep diagnostic scan was not started automatically, when pressing [ScanPhase] on the last scan of monitoring group. When changing date format by reconfig, RawdataFunction’s date format is not changed. In Japanese environment and having a special annotation setting, image annotation disappear after reconfig.
