Unable to open the Tube Identification Certification ( TIC ) screens to select the proper tube.
Error message
Error: 200300905 Error getting the Tube Certification Value. See Long Description for complete error Wed Aug 23 15:35:02 2006 200300905 ct01 tubecert tubecert.c 543 Error getting the Tube Certification Value. Returned 11259139. The Tube Certification Value "All Others" will be used by applications. Closing the Tube Install Certification tool.
