Customer does not know how to use quicksnap tool. See long description for more information The customer does not know how to find and use the quicksnap tool. "quciksnap" tool is used to collect system information files - this tool collects information very similar to the old sprsnap command. The "quicksnap" tool collects all data need to investigate a PQR issue. The quicksnap tool should not be run during data collection, the information is saved on the system disk for retrieval later.
