Intermittent Scan Abort, No laser lights with Axial Errors. See LD for more details Intermittent Scan Abort, No laser lights with Error: 183911 Axial HOME value TIMEOUT Fault Error: 183946 Axial Encoder Feedback Error Error: 184181 Number of offsets acquired does not match estimate of number of offsets generated Error: 183921 183944 Intermittent Scan Abort errors. Intermittently when laser light button is pushed the gantry spins but the lights never come on. Error: 183911 Axial HOME value TIMEOUT Fault. HW/SW Error: Retry Rx to verify probable gantry hardware problem. Error: 183921 Axial conditions at FAULT Error: 184181 Number of offsets acquired does not match estimate of number of offsets generated HW ERROR: Possible hardware problem. Offsets generated (estimate): -4904 Difference Between Generated and Acquired: 9810 Test Margin: 12 Triggers Error: 183944 Axial Encoder Feedback Error Encoder counts dropped during scan, may result in rotated images. Check images for proper orientation. Call Service. Error: 183946 Axial Encoder Feedback Error Accumulated counts measured since last re-reference were 33350 different than expected. (tolerance = 30 counts) Probable cause: faulty axial encoder Possible cause: faulty axial control board.
