Symptom

During Infinia Hawkeye 4 Upgrade, CT Scale alignment after passing air table creation and x-ray cor. The error message was "Unable to install last scan to database During Infinia Hawkeye 4 Upgrade, CT Scale alignment after passing air table creation and x-ray cor. The error message was "Unable to install last scan to database. Ran diagnostics and everything passed with the exception of the sync signal data link diagnostics. Of the three x-ray exposures it does while performing this diagnostic, only the scout scan failed. The static scan and the axial scan both passed. So, ONLY when the table moves does it appear to have problems. The error on the scout scan diagnostic was, "status register indicates error in DAS".
