During boot of Infinia NWSERVER process is using all the CPU time

Symptom

During boot of Infinia NWSERVER process is using all the CPU time When Infinia server boot we can see under: Windows Task Manager -> processes -> nwserver.exe take almost 100% of CPU time and do not decrease. To check if it's your case, when Infinia Server boot type: Ctrl+Alt+delete , choose: Task Manager , select tab: Processes , click: CPU, this will sort by CPU usage.
