HiSpeed CTi 6.X with Octane and HSA Gantry
Symptom
Exam/Series/Image did not show up in the Patient List Select (image browser). See Long Description for Details Exam/Series/Image did not show up in the Patient List Select (image browser). The customer did a refresh of the browser and the images were then shown in the list. Selecting the images and trying to display them resulted in a message “No Valid Selection”. User scanned a series and the images were generated and displayed in the autoview view port. The issue is that the Exam/Series/Image did not show up in the Patient List Select (image browser). The customer did a refresh of the browser and the images were then shown in the list. Selecting the images and trying to display them resulted in a message “No Valid Selection”. Images did get put in the database but were not accessible by the customer. Reboot did not fix this problem
Error message
Error: 200000436 Image not installed because image available event flagged image as not being available. Fri May 27 09:40:15 2005 Error: 200000436 Host: ct2 Process: dms File: InstallImage.cxx Line: 1113 Image 4243/1/1 not installed because image available event flagged image as not being available.
