Precision 500D Aurora version with HP computer. After a load from cold at Installation or during a service visit, the touch screen does not respond to user input. Precision 500D Aurora version with HP computer. After a load from cold at Installation or during a service visit, the touchscreen does not respond to user input. If a mouse is connected to the HP computer the mouse is functional and selections can be made on the operator console (touchscreen) using the mouse.
