Symptom
ECG Viewer is not receiving data from monitor when Gating BPM / ECG Trace button is clicked. Getting a pink pop-up box with ECG Viewer is not receiving data from monitor when they click on the Gating BPM / ECG Trace button with in the Fast Chest protocol. There are no errors posted in the messages box. . Getting a pink pop-up box with ECG Viewer is not receiving data from monitor when they click on the Gating BPM / ECG Trace button with in the Fast Chest protocol. There are no errors posted in the messages box. The information in the attention box is ECG Viewer is not receiving data from monitor. Viewer is closing. Please verify that the monitor is on and the ethernet cable is connected, then turn Gating OFF and ON to restart ECG Viewer
