Infinia Hawkeye 4 is unable to perform X-ray acquisition with gantry rotation.

Symptom

Infinia Hawkeye 4 is unable to perform X-ray acquisition with gantry rotation. This problem occurred during a new Infinia Hawkeye 4 installation. The gantry would rotate a few degrees, then stop. A few seconds later, an error message was displayed on the acquisition PC. This happened when trying to acquire X-ray daily QC, clinical scans, and when trying to run X-ray diagnostics that require gantry rotation.

EVENT_CHUNK_TIMEOUT The following error is logged in the CTServer error log: ERROR=Error in CTServer :\tacq\su\src\cpp\ct\hawkeyems\device\hkmsprojectionprovider.cpp(1492): EVENT_CHUNK_TIMEOUT timeout, 15000
