VG Modality Worklist Does Not work with Agfa PACS CM 2.0 -Nuclear Medicine

VG Modality Worklist Does Not work with Agfa PACS CM 2.0 -Nuclear Medicine We have a problem at sites that have VG/Varicams and Agfa PACS. Most of these sites used to have Mitra brokers, and worklist on the VG worked fine. Now Agfa has been transitioning to their own software (Communications Manager 2.0) - replacing the Mitra broker. With this new software, the VG worklist does not work. We have at least 3 sites currently with this issue. Agfa has been of little help, they say that the dicom worklist is sent to the VG, and it accepts it - so they are done. The VG receives the worklist, but lists no patients in the "todo" list. The VG error window says "no patients match filter selected" and gives some error codes (error 50010). I suspect that the VG parsing the dicom response fails for some reason. I have logs from Agfa showing what is sent to the VG, and can find nothing wrong with it (the Infinia for example works fine with exactly the same thing sent to it).
