Symptom
Recon Status Indicates: Recon Resetting; Intermittent recon retries; Image recon delay noticed by cust See Long Description. Not for GRE Recon Status Indicates: Recon Resetting; Intermittent recon retries; Image recon delay could sometimes be noticed by customer. Issue could also cause SmartPrep exams to seem to hang. IG DSP encountered scan data view checksum error and the iceConsole.log posted repeated RECON_IG_RESET messages. Issue and errors can be very intermittent.
