Symptom
Xeleris DVD archiving On DVD Cache, "Write now" is grayed out even if a DVD is present in the drive The system has the ioa.6gb license. Archiving on CDROM is fine. The DVD used is the blank one that comes with the system. The drive is NOT a cartridge one. In Config->archive tab , Enable Archive functionality is checked, DVD device is checked and drive letter is correctly assigned
