Service Note 43745_2 Aug/07 New Spare Parts for Xeleris Workstations Service Note 43745 _2 Aug/07 New Spare Parts for Xeleris Workstations As of Q1 2007, Xeleris systems are shipped on the new HP platform, XW6400. (Refer to service note SN43716 for details). This platform replaces the previous HP platform, XW6200, in forward production and will be used as a spare part when the XW6200 is not available. Due to the fact that: a. XW6200 is running out of stock in GPRS. b. XW6400 does not support the old Xeleris 1.1 SW version. A new spare part strategy has been implemented allowing an FE to replace faulty old platforms. In cases where the old platform is not available: the old platform will be replaced by the latest XW6400 platform using the latest Xeleris 2 SW. the Xeleris 2 licenses will be available for download from eLicense.
