Symptom
The HISRIS Connectpro Worklist Never Displays on Ovation System If the customer goes to bring up the Connectpro WorkList, after clicking the HISRIS button it will never display. Another symptom is if you go into HISRIS Preferences and try to change any of the parameters, it shuts the CPU down – goes to a blue screen and sits there.
