Symptom
Intermittent Coil ID Errors in Middle of Scans Coil ID LED turns Red This problem began right after the MSHS was replaced for a different problem. The system recognizes the coil and allows the scan to begin but then the system intermittently stops the scan and logs Coil ID errors, and the Coil ID LED turns red. This happens with all coils. The customer has to shut the system down and power cycle the whole system to fix the problem. Then later this process repeats.
