Is TVA TiPs Virtual Assisant Functional on Ovation? TVA is a tool used mostly for remote Applications training by Application Specialists. The customer launches the tool from the Ilinq Browser and is a type of screen emulator. It is used on Linux OS systems.
Error message
cgi-bin/rcocStart not found Error occurs when trying to start TVA from the Ilinq Browser. Rcoc Server is not running on the Scanner with SystemID xxxxxxxx This error occurs in VOLC after selecting SVA when connecting to the site. SVA is Service Virtual Assistant.
