How to change the Minimum Password Length The password length has probably been set (usually after Upgrade or by enabling HIPAA ) to the default of 8. You will need to change it to 0. Symptoms of the issue will be not being able to complete an Insite checkout. The Instie User account is not set up due the Instie password being less than 8 characters. You will not be able to telnet or FTP into the Infina using the Insite user and password.
