Unable to scan with the OpenSpeed T/R Head Array Coil

Symptom

Unable to scan with the OpenSpeed T/R Head Array Coil 2252301 Multicoil Bias Fault Detected - Open Circuit. The coil configuration in software is correct. When examining the output of the Gather Load Data test (Manual Diags - Driver Module Diags), we see very little current in all four of the coil's mulitcoil channels (about 2ma to 5ma only). It looks the same as when running the test with no coil plugged in. All other coils scan ok, and plenty of multicoil bias current is seen in Gather Load Data test when running it on the other coils.

An open circuit fault occurs when the actual value is less than the pre-defined limit. Check system cables, connectors, coils and configurations. Re-seat all coil connectors. The mask of all failed channels indicates additional channels with the same fault - convert the hex number to a bitmap to decipher the mask, with channel 1 indicated by the least significant bit and channel 16 indicated by the most significant bit. For example, a mask of 0x3c converts to 0011 1100, meaning channels 3, 4, 5, and 6 all experienced the same failure.
