Symptom
No receive signal on some channels of the Phased Array Head, Shoulder & CTL coils Some, but not all, of the receive channels for the Phased Array Head, Shoulder & CTL coils have no signal. As a result, Head SNR fails. It doesn't matter which side of the MSHS the coils are plugged into, the symptoms are unchanged.
