Customer is unable to pull images to their workstation after software upgrade due to customer was querying using both patient ID (0010,0020) and the study instance UID (0020,000D).
Symptom
Customer is unable to pull images to their workstation after software upgrade. See Long Description Prior to the software upgrade on the scanner there was no problem, but since the upgrade they couldn't pull images to their workstation from the scanner anymore. They could still push images to the workstation from the scanner with no problem. In this instance the scanner was upgraded from software version 20.1 to DV22.0
