ID192543. TPS reset fails due to P1 or P2 port was not connected properly to LPCA .

Symptom

Fails TPS Reset when booting up to Applications or when Resetting TPS See Long Description When the MR system is booting up to applications it will fail TPS reset but Applications will successfully boot. With Applications up and "Reset TPS" has been selected, TPS fails to download successfully.

Error message

2276804 Coil port connector was disconnected. Scanning will be allowed when the port connector is reconnected. Connector: Port 1 and or 2 P1 P2 See Long Description for extended error. 2276804 Coil port connector was disconnected. Scanning will be allowed when the port connector is reconnected. Connector: Port 1 and or 2 P1 P2. Extended Error: The RF Hub detected that one of the coil ports in the LPCA was disconnected. Specific errors are logged in other messages. Re-seat the port P1 and P2 connector assemblies into the emergency egress connectors inside the LPCA. Check the coil port cable connections at the RF Hub control board and at the LPCA. Run the Coil Datapath Diagnostic that utilizes the MCRv tool to isolate the problem. Possible cause(s): RF Hub Control Board
