Advantx-E: Hazardous electric potentials were present in the MPPU1A4 AC Supply Panel without switching on the Titan. While servicing on the VAMP, hazardous electric potentials were found present in the MPPU1A4 AC Supply Panel without switching on the Titan. Each line to line potential (PH1-PH2, PH2-PH3 and PH3-PH1) was 0Vac, but all of the line to 0V point – chassis ground potentials were around 220Vac. (PH1–0V, PH2–0V and PH3–0V) The unexpected electric potentials would bring the service personnel a risk of electrical shock due to no awareness of power presence.
