Cradle loses Home Position when driven fully out of scanner due to home plunger gets stuck in ribs of the home sensor.

Symptom

Cradle loses Home Position when driven fully out of scanner. Cradle loses home position and reports "no home found" when brought fully out of the magnet. Customer has to drive it 1.5-2" in before it begins to count.

Error message

2268899 Alignment lights can't be turned on without cradle position known. Please move the cradle to home. See Long Description 2268899 ERROR: EM_SRI_CAN_ALIGNMENT_LIGHT_NO_HOME Alignment lights can't be turned on without cradle position known. Please move the cradle to home.
