TPS reset fails due to failed PHPS2.

Symptom

Fails TPS Reset when booting up to Applications or when Resetting TPS See Long Description When the MR system is booting up to applications it will fail TPS reset but Applications will successfully boot. With Applications up and "Reset TPS" has been selected, TPS fails to download successfully.

2268865 The long drive cable is not detected at the SRI. Error: 2268865 Host: mr3cov Process: NSP File: SCP:SriManager Line: 3788 Exception Class: Unknown Severity: Unknown Function: Patient Handling: Control/Display PSD: Unknown Coil: Unknown Scan: -1/-1 The long drive cable is not detected at the SRI.

2274508 CFB detected that the table power from the PHPS is low. Bad cable connection to PHPS or bad PHPS is the likely cause.
