TPS reset fails and each gradient axis reports power off fault due to 48V power supply breaker tripped.

Symptom

Fails TPS Reset when booting up to Applications or when Resetting TPS See Long Description When the MR system is booting up to applications it will fail TPS reset but Applications will successfully boot. With Applications up and "Reset TPS" has been selected, TPS fails to download successfully.

2267946 The Y-Axis XPS is reporting a power off fault. Check EMO reset See Long Description Error: 2267946 Host: RCMR1 Process: NSP File: SCP:FspMac.cpp Line: 320 Exception Class: Unknown Severity: Unknown Function: Gradient: N/A PSD: T1flair Coil: 8HRBRAIN Scan: 1502/13 The Y-Axis XPS is reporting a power off fault. Check EMO reset.-> Extended Error: Ensure that the 48V input power cable is connected to the corresponding XPS. Ensure that the Octavius (Ethernet type) cable is connected to the corresponding XPS. Swap Octavius cables between axis and observe if fault follows the XPS. If fault follows the XPS, replace the XPS. If fault does not follow the XPS replace the GMC.
