Symptom
The MR-Touch Inline color MR Elastography (MRE) images can not be transferred to PACS See Long Description Reference Trackwise PR # 5075441. Problem - The problem reported by the site was that they could not transfer MR Elastography color images to the Fuji Synapse PACS system. Investigation Details – Zhenghui Zhang (PSD Engineer) downloaded site images on engineering system. Michael Figueira (MR Principal Engineer) reviewed the images and observed that color MR Elastography (hereafter referred as MRE) color images were populated as RGB for photometric interpretation tag, which is an Invalid value for MR Images and therefore were rejected by the PACS system.
