2240311 Gradient Power Supply Unit Fault. Loss of AC mains Error: 2240311 Host: lx-mr Process: NSP File: HPC PORT ID:spi psu error Line: 7 Gradient Power Supply Unit Fault. Loss of AC mains phase fault occurred on the Power Supply Unit. Please check the 3 phase power cable between the Gradient Power Supply and the Power Distribution Unit (PDU).
