Symptom

Fails TPS Reset when booting up to Applications or when Resetting TPS See Long Description When the MR system is booting up to applications it will fail TPS reset but Applications will successfully boot. With Applications up and "Reset TPS" has been selected, TPS fails to download successfully.

This could be a communication failure or an analog signal so large it overflowed the RRX.-> Extended Error: DTX calibration uses the Irf3 board to collect sample data from the 1st RRX module. The DTX calibration failed because the data collection from the RRX failed at least one time. This could indicate a problem with the RRX, the Irf3, or the clock and data fiber cables that connect these devices together.
