Fails TPS Reset when booting up to Applications or when Resetting TPS due to Defective Y-Axis XPS Control Board SFP (fiber module)

Symptom

Fails TPS Reset when booting up to Applications or when Resetting TPS See Long Description When the MR system is booting up to applications it will fail TPS reset but Applications will successfully boot. With Applications up and "Reset TPS" has been selected, TPS fails to download successfully.

Error message

2223817 TPS is Not Responding. Please Reset TPS Wed Apr 28 16:58:01 2004 Error: 2223817 Host: GEMS Process: NSP File: TardisReset.cc Line: 398 TPS is not responding. Please reset TPS.
