Unable to Scan with RF Air Temperature Faults Due To Customer Coolant Chiller.
Symptom
Unable to Scan with HEC Errors To toggle the pumps and blower On and Off, do the following: Blower: Press and hold the Up arrow ( <^> ) and press <F1> . Gradient Coil Pump: Press and hold the Up arrow ( <^> ) and press <F2> . Power Electronics: Press and hold the Up arrow ( <^> ) and press <F3> .
Error message
2268905 RF air temperature fault detected. Scanning will be inhibited until the RF air temperature matches expected. See Long Description 2268905 NSP SCP:SriCanHWO 1998 Exception Class: Unknown Severity: Unknown Function: Patient Handling: Control/Display PSD: Unknown Coil: Unknown Scan: -1/-1 RF air temperature fault detected. Scanning will be inhibited until the RF air temperature matches expected Temperature difference: 107 0.1 degrees C Tolerance: 30 0.1 degrees C-> Extended Error: The Heat Exchanger (HEC) manages RF air temperature. This message indicates that the HEC was unable to achieve the requested RF air temperature.
