2267863 The % axis XGA is reporting a I_Coil Wire Fault due to XGA amplifier.

Symptom

Fails TPS Reset when booting up to Applications or when Resetting TPS See Long Description When the MR system is booting up to applications it will fail TPS reset but Applications will successfully boot. With Applications up and "Reset TPS" has been selected, TPS fails to download successfully.

Error message

2267863 The %axis XGA is reporting a I_Coil Wire Fault See Long Description Extended Error: The cables between the coil current sensor and the SB board is loose or has fallen off. Ensure cables J5 and J6 of the XGA are connected to the corresponding axis current sensor at the top of the Power Cabinet.

2267778 An error on the XGD has prevented TPS reset from completing Successfully Error: 2267778 Host: UCSF-OIMR1 Process: NSPFile: SCP:GradientHwo Line: 1986Exception Class: Unknown Severity: UnknownFunction: Gradient: N/APSD: Unknown Coil: Unknown Scan: -1/-1 An error on the XGD has prevented TPS reset from completing successfully.
